Very simple teacher website

Hi.

I am a teacher in China and I need to create website for my students and parents where I can post daily/ weekly updates about what is happening in the classroom/ homework/ PPTs and links to useful material.

I teach four grades so will need a homepage and a page per grade to post the information above.

This site must be:

1) User friendly for me when it is done so I can easily manage it
2) Can be accessed in China without a VPN (so no wordpress)
3) accepts Chinese characters so I can post translations

Cheap and quick is what I am looking for. Need this done by the end of next week.
