Description of requirements/features: I have purchased an SSL certificate for a new subdomain but am struggling to get it verified and installed. It has been purchased from our hosts (Media Temple), but we need to add a txt file to the 123-reg zone file (where the DNS is). 123-reg have said they've done this for me, but it's still not being picked up by Media Temple, so I can't get it to validate.
