User Interface Mockup for Video web app

I am looking for someone to design a page on an application which will record video. I am using the Clean UI interface, I will provide example pages so you can see how the existing design is.

The page will be used by the user of the app to record video using a webcam or mobile. The page should allow the user to start recording, stop recording, preview and save their footage. They can also restart the whole thing.

The main element of the screen will be the video, the user can see themselves on their camera. Accompanying this will be the buttons to control recording etc

Other sections we should include on the page
“Tips” section
- We will give 4 tips to the user
“Questions to Answer in your video” section
- We will provide 8 prompt questions for the user to inspire them to talk about various things. These should be listed.
“Need help?” section
- This will be a help icon (speech bubbles would work) so the user can request help.
