URGENT WORDPRESS SITE EDITS MUST BE COMPLETED TODAY

Hello I need some site edits making on my Wordpress site https://quickmart.com.pk unfortunately my developer has fallen ill this weekend. This is a duplicate site from a client I’m working with, I need a few changes making to the English translation version and I also need the site to automatically be in English.

This should only take 1-2 hours of someone’s work time max but it’s very important this gets done TODAY! I will then need them to push this site version live under the proper domain.
