URGENT INQUIRE: Website & back-end for Membership Card Program

The required website will have two parts; user interface & back-end system for the operation & call center team to manage the card program.

1- Website: Basically the website will provide information about the card program, list the benefits, type of membership cards, apply online for card with online payment get way.

2- Back-end System: It is for managing & administration the program. Allow the customer care team and operation team to:
a. Administrator management: managing users, add, remove, edit, security level and authorization level.
b. Member management: View, edit and delete members.
c. Card management: Issue card, review card, print card (to plastic card printer).
d. Printing member agreement and payment receipt. (to laser printer).
e. Call Center management: Create, follow up, edit and delete for tickets. Shipment management: Add, follow up, edit and delete for Airway shipment number and status.
f. Online payment getaway: Setup online purchase.
g. Renewing subscription & freeze member
h. Sales report.
i. General Reports.

- Membership number
- Password
- Basic Information
- Full Name
- Date Of Birth
- Nationality
- Gender
- Mobile number

- Country

General terms
- SMS mobile verification
