THE JOB:
I have a site that uses a full width navigation bar (similar to PPH). If I define the width in pixels for example (960px), it appears perfectly on PC (and large screens), but goes horrible wrong on mobile devices. If I use the percentage, mobile devices display fine but not PC screens. I need to get this done sorted within next 4 hours.
All you have to do is explain how to do it over the phone/Skype/Remote Viewer and I will be applying all the changes.
You will be paid only after I have a full working solution. There are many online tools available to check if it is working or not.
