URGENT - Complete website design/development needed (CLONE)

I have an urgent requirement for a team of web developers to build a clone of late rooms(dot)com. The site front end and back end should be almost identical to the laterooms site. There will be a couple of additional features over and above the standard functionality. There will a slightly different layout in terms of homepage widgets... But nothing major.

The above is very high level, further information will be provided to potential bidders.

Only serious developers with a portfolio of large web development projects should bid.
