Understanding Slavery Initiative: Joomla development work for redesigned website

The Understanding Slavery Initiative (USI) has commissioned new content and designs for its website. USI now needs to appoint a skilled Joomla! developer to implement the new designs, to integrate the two existing sites and Joomla admin back-ends into one, and to code and implement the new functionality for the project. See attached document for an outline brief. We are looking for development work to begin by 7 February 2011 with a view to UAT by 28 March.
