Kind of development: Customization of existing website

Description of requirements/features: Using Umbraco 7.5 we needs some surface controllers (I think) set up so URL's won't change when moving the blog area from Worpdress to Umbraco.
i.e. we want to keep the /YYYY/MM/DD/slug-to-go-here
But in Umbraco have all of the articles in a list view folder (e.g.blog)
Specific technologies required: Umbraco 7, c#
