Turn a 49-page word doc with text and images into markdown

We have a 49-page word doc that needs to be optimised and turned into markdown.

The task is to:
1. Use an online markdown tool (such as dillinger.io) to translate the doc into markdown
2. Optimise formatting to look good on a web page
3. Save each of the images in the doc as individual png files and replace in the doc with 'chosenfilename.png'
