Tumblr: Copy Wordpress Header into Blog

Description of requirements/features: Hello,

I need my Wordpress header copied into Tumblr. The EXACT same layout (with drop down menus, logo, icons). This does not include the jQuery // search function.

Previous developers have insisted on their Tumblr expertise only to mention later on they were not familiar with the language, this has caused inconvenient refund problems and time restraints. Do NOT contact me if you are in a similar situation, I will need written confirmation and proof that you are indeed able to do this task, and on a short deadline.
