Transfer PDF content into individual html files

Hello

I need content from the attached PDF files transferred into separate HTML documents for use in a mobile app. I will send you an html template for the files.

PPH will only allow me to upload 3 of the PDF's the others can be found here:

Each section within the PDFs will require its own separate html file.

The html code needs to be clean so that the files display correctly in the app (No direct copying and paste please as there may be some bad code in the PDF's).

I have set the lowest fixed price PPH will allow. I realise it will be more than this - I am interested in fixed price bids only with an indication of the time frame to complete this work.

Upon successful completion there is opportunity for further work in transferring content from the Highway Code book PDF into similar format for use in an app (That job will involve some images as well - these will be supplied).
