Tracking code for Volusion Store to submit correct sales data to Affliliate site

I have a volusion store and am working with an affiliate program with a company called Tradetracker. I have been unable to successfully install the tracking code that is required to provide, order number, correct sales price etc back to my Tradetracker.com account.

The code I had was working to some degree but never with the sales number or correct value. I have recently updated my store so now the code has completely vanished. I would be able to install the correct code on my site. I only require the correct code to be written as per the guidelines attached and below.
