Total rebrand business website

I am looking to rebrand my business www.victor-rose.co.uk
I am looking for an individual or company to totally revamp my whole brand
These are the specs I’m looking for:

• A new site design that has a fresh, fun, slightly quirky feel.
• The site will have to be image lead.
• A WordPress design site would be my first preference, but I’m willing to listening to other platforms (I will supply the creative assets)
• New website content/ copy with a quirky and friendly feel
• SEO facilitated
• Very good after support care

The site will also have to be interactive. I will let you sell me your idea ☺
I’m looking to commence work at the beginning / middle of August 2013
