To complete an incomplete Web Application Database which is in ASP.NET and C#, sql

Web Application Database Development- Note. project must start by no later 27 January 2013

I have an incomplete project that is designed in asp.net, c# and sql and mysql. Unfortunately, I was let down by the previous programmers/company who worked in my db as they failed to complete the project by the deadline that is why, i am now having to advertise this job again.

I urgently need to get this web application database designed and completed. My database is something like an interactive online booking and ordering management system that must have real time interaction with users. My database is designed in asp.net and some c# is also used and the backend is either sql or mysql but i am not sure now.

Some 65% to 70%of my project is completed and some 30 to 35% of work is left and its crucial that the developer is experienced and clever minded to be able to analyse the current system, understand its coding structure and then test the pages that are already created ( around 30 to 40 pages, and reports ( some 40 to 50 reports) and then create the new required pages and reports ( some 20 to 30 pages and reports), and then test and ensure that the whole database is fully functional and ready to be launched.

Please note that as PPH does not have the option to allow users to write their budget in a descriptive way, this is why my budget on this advert is as guide budget only and i am looking to receive realistic and competitive quotes from bidders.

Its important to note that part of the database development also requires integration of sage accounting system. Invoicing part of sage is completed but two more parts are yet to be programmed to work with my application. the parts to be completed are bank reconciliation and Payment Receipt section, which basically means that on updating the web application, sage should also get updated. Sage will be hosted locally on a desktop and the application will be hosted online.

Basically my initial database is/was designed in Access Database but to make it interactive, reliable and efficient i had to make an improved online version of it. Parts that are incomplete can be implemented by referring to our access database and also from my already notes and document which i will only share with the developer during the implementation process. After successful completion and testing etc, i will also require the developers to migrate my data from access db to this new web application db. It should be noted that the code for migration of data is already written and it also worked when the database was tested for migration. I will also need small and short help section to be created for each page which i should be able to update now and again.

WHO SHOULD SUBMIT THEIR PROPOSAL?

I am ideally looking to hire 2 to 3 professional and experienced developers to work on my application on the following basis:

1- My conditions will be that you/developers will need to work on my laptops in my place/office as I am planning to visit India , A: to get this project completed, and B: to work on my second reason for visiting India.

2-It is imperative and crucial to meet the deadline. From my previous experience and from my point of view an experienced and clever programmer should be able to complete this project successfully within no more than 2 to 3 weeks max,but since i would like 2 to 3 developers for this project, it should not take more than 2 weeks max.

3-it is to be noted that successful completion of this web/database application is the most important element of my trip to india so it will be my priority to get this done, and my second reason comes after successful completion of my database.

4- Also I would like the same application to run on smartphones and I would also like some of the main pages i.e booking pages , diary etc to be created as an app. I will not give copies of my database for remote work and i will also require the developer to sign and legalise a confidentiality agreement. I have already copyrighted and intellectually protected it worldwide.
