To code up 3 web pages (CSS) - this will include a 'roll over gallery'

I would like my site to be coded up asap. I only need the homepage, a 'project' page, and the contact page built (including form). I will be able to tie up the rest.

I would like the images on the homepage to change into colour from black and white on roll over, possibly jquery here.

I would like the site to be live within the next week or so.

If you are a talented 'pixel perfect' front end developer and can do these designs justice, then please get in touch.

Once live, I will be setting up the SEO and will require designers, and developers to do regular work for love digital design. Therefore, this will include ongoing work for the right developer.
