I have a Matlab programme (written by a colleague) that links a particular voxel within an MRI scan (3D body scan) to the same voxel on a post-processed form of the scan. The MRI scans' data is in the form of (Philips) Par Rec files.
This \"mapping tool\" does not work with one of the MRI scans as this was acquired with older Par Rec files. I am told by colleague that it is relatively quick to change the programme to account for this.
The job would be to alter the Matlab programme to allow it to run.
