I need this template customized:

The major part of the work will be done on Page 4 (Pripravky) where the fitering (and the number of filtered items = picture boxes) will have to be extended.
- maximum cross-browser compatibility
- maximum mobile devices compatibility (it is html 5 if I am not mistaken)
- maximum accessibility
