Experienced Telecoms Contractor Required
We are a B2B Telecoms company which provide a range of telecoms and IT
related services. We are an exciting and expanding telecoms company and we are now
looking for a local telecoms contractor to carry out ad-hoc telecoms work.
The engineer must possess some or all the following:
- Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Office / Enterprise voice system engineering experience.
- Data & voice cable installation (Cat5e, Cat6, CW1308, fibre optic, etc.)
- VoIP/SIP knowledge
- Knowledge of networking, including experience with router and switch configuration
and hosted voice installations
- Any knowledge of Panasonic, Mitel, Avaya or BT systems would be a plus.
- Experience with CCTV and/or Valcom tannoy equipment.
The contractor will be carrying out the following types of work with immediate effect and
further training and systems to follow:
- Hosted voice system role out project
- Data and voice cable installation
- Technical data cabinet rebuilds and general fault finding
Must have their own vehicle, tools, laptop and liability insurance.
Rates of pay are £160 per day, fixed rate for call-outs & hourly work.
