Systems analyst required for delivering the following in a tech spec document.
- Process flow
- User interface design
- Describing and illustrating how new features must work etc.
This is for a personnel maintenance module. (only the maintenance of their data and not yet the reporting). New component to an asp.net system currently under development.
We will provide:

-- db design
Estimated at about 10 hours of work - view attached URS and estimation..
