SVG creation from flash application using PHP

Our client has an existing ecommerce site with an integrated stamp designer (which uses Flash) allowing users to design their own stamps which the client then makes info a physical product.

All the properties of a user’s design are outputted as a string from flash to a PHP script that parses the values and creates XML code to produce a final SVG file.

The process of designing, creating and outputting the final file is already in-place and working to an extent but the particulars of the SVG version are not correct when viewed in a stand-alone SVG viewer or imported into a graphics application.
