Supervise online game development

I am developing an online rugby management game.

Although I have a comprehensive specification document that describes what is required, I am not technically competent to supervise the coding.

The coding will be done overseas and I have a short list of firms at present. I am looking for someone who is able to supervise the process to make good my own skill deficit.

The work would comprise reviewing the coding done as sections are completed, dealing with upload to my server and liaising with me and the developers as and when required.

This would suit someone who is looking to work on a part time basis, possibly currently employed. PHP and MySQL experience is essential.

I am based in Northampton, so someone living within about an hour of there would be preferable as we would need to meet up periodically.

I have attached some outline notes.

Remuneration could be hourly or fixed fee or some other arrangement - I'm open to suggestions.
