Description of requirements/features: This is developed website. When we tried to upgrade the SSL certificate on our website, the certificate was installed on. However when we input our domain in browser, the https and padlock sign are still not showing up. Anyone can fix this?

Those SSL certs can get tricky. Where are you hosting the website? Do you have access to where the SSL is generated for the website? I appreciate your time!
