Description
Description of every page/module: Prayertents.com is a SSL secure page (https) that would load other church websites in an iframe.
Prior to SSL, other websites loaded nicely in iframe, but now that SSL exists, the http-version of church websites do not load.
Example of this can be found in the following URL:
https://www.prayertents.com/?churchid=358
(hit the X button when the language pop-up comes up)
I have also tried a redirect.php script -- example:
https://www.prayertents.com/?churchid=397
I have looked through various websites, but it tells me this is not possible due to security (https should not have mixed http content).
I know there are many web development experts on PPH, anyone that provides me a viable solution that I would implement on this site would be paid $10 just for the advice. (If you will do the work, we can negotiate costs for the work)
Description of requirements/features: Provide me a viable solution where I can display other http websites on a https website.
The requirements is that the iframe must be current, replicating how the http website would be viewed if we were to look directly at that website using a web browser.
Snapshots of websites (static jpg/png file) not preferred, as I would like users to interact with the iframe website, but will consider as an option if viable real-time (or near-real-time) tool exists.
The iframe should load near-instantaneously -- waiting for some app to take a snapshot for 60 seconds will not do.

You heard correctly that it's not possible to load a HTTP iframe on a HTTPS site. The only solution is to upgrade the connection of the iframe to be secure. Is this something that's feasible?
Sang S.21 Jul 2016Nope -- I wish it was that easy.
The goal is to help market other companies' (churches') websites. We cannot tell them all to get SSL.James C.21 Jul 2016Well, I suggest you help promote their websites with a good old fashioned hyperlink instead. They're the fudermental building blocks of the web and are widely understood. Additionally, hyperlinks are an indication that you vouch for their site and will pass pagerank, another way of promoting their sites.
