Software writing for a Touch screen display to interface with a mySQL database

I need the interface software writing for a touch screen display to enable selection (and display) of an individuals 'Personal Information/Details Card' from a choice of approx 30 alternative accessed from the clients existing website database to be viewed on the local display.
The Info Cards currently reside on the clients website server as a mySQL database which is updated as required by the client, the function of the website is to be unaffected, they only want users to be able to pull up the Info Cards when the corresponding button is pressed. The button will include a photo of the individual that it corresponds to taken from the database
