Software/website for Property Investors

I am looking to have built a website for property investors where you collate data from other websites into one - property search for investments Using rightmove, zoopla, mouseprice, etc, plus tools such as a refurb calculator with more detail - not as complicated as a QS but not just using the Sq ft, adding things like how many bathrooms, new kitchens, flooring, windows and doors etc., then pre-planning appraisal data such as an architect/project manager might use.
