Description

We are after designing a software to download orders from Ebay, Amazon Seller central and Open Cart using their API. The software is to be accessed using a web browser and running on MsSQL. It will either be hosted on IIS on a normal machine or through a web server.
The software to have all orders downloaded in the software and displayed on a grid (similar to an excel sheet). If you double click on one of the lines, it will open it on a screen to show all information. There should also be a button to allow manual entry of orders.
The fields are:
1. Auto Index Number ( to be the unique number in the system)
2. Ebay/Amazon/Opencart account id (as there will be multiple accounts connected)
3. Name
4. Address 1-5
5. Email
6. Phone number
7. Item sold
8. Price sold
9. Yes/No field for the user to tick once item is dispatched.
10. Field to have the tracking number (3 fields)
11. Field to have the dispatch service (eg Royal mail, UPS, DHL, Fedex) (3 fields)
12. Notes (free text field)
The software should allow to connect to multiple ebay, amazon and opencart accounts and we should have a screen to manage these connections.
Once the orders are downloaded, the user should have an option to re-sync the existing lines (all orders) so that all the tracking numbers for the dispatched items to be uploaded.
All test accounts will be provided to do the design.
