Small fix in wordpress website

General information for the website: Wholesale directory site
Description of requirements/features: Hi I need a wordpress developer/designer to help me fix a small problem, Here is what i want. (1) when some register on the site, the welcome email the received comes as word pres and then the site title instead of site name or email and then the title name.(2) I need a thank you email design that will come with that welcome email. (3) when you view the website on the mobile, the footer doesn't appear proper. Please only bid if you understand my requirement and will award to the lowest bid. Here is the site name, You should try and register/view your email/view the site with your mobile to understand what i mean, its quite easy job but because I'm really busy and don't have much time and that's only why am giving it away.
