SLOWWWW site load (2 hour project)

Our custom-theme WP site is SLOWWWW. So slow, we lose 50% of customers on the first page. Hello, techies!

We are a small eComms with no more than 350 products. We have all the Image Squashing plugins. We do not have any videos.. or any unrelated plugins. All our site basics have been updated. Yet our load speed is still a disaster.

You will know JUST WHAT TO DO to get us to the same speed as say, Olivela.com or Farfetch.com

We have 5 minor tweaks as part of this project... which should take a WP Wizard no more than a couple hours:

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION / DISPLAY
1. Remove 'Qty In stock' from Product Description; reposition Description to the right of the image with collapsible + to minimize content; create standardized 'Fabric Composition' 'Color Variants' and 'Size + Fit' to pre-fill (we presently type out all of this info on every new product, super time consuming). Image selection to open in the existing frame, not a light box.

SHOP PAGES
2. Remove available sizes from below product image; Activate the Image Flipper plugin to display a secondary image on hover; remove 'Quick View' 'More Details' and replace with Size Availabilities on hover (like Herno.com)

MAIN MENU
3. We are missing the editor tool to fix this jumbled mess of a menu. Stack HOME DECOR, PETIT, OUR GIFT IDEAS and WOMAN into one column; then OCCASION the next column; TOP PRODUCTS in the third column; and the IN THE SPOTLIGHT in the fourth column (note: there should be an Image below IN THE SPOTLIGHT, as mentioned, this editor tool seems to be amiss).

Woo Product Vendors (FIRST ADVISE whether the plugin will destroy our existing custom-child-theme?)
