Slider Revolution expert needed for Video on homepage

We have a Wordpress website that uses Slider revolution, we would like to display an auto loop video like "Rat Race" use on their website - https://ratrace.com/

Looking for tis to be setup so it displays really well on desktop, tablet, and mobile. Maybe we shouldn't use video on mobile, do we keep a static image for this??
