Skin, Customise and Populate WordPress site

We are looking for an experienced front end web developer to skin and populate a new Wordpress site. The site is approx 10-15 pages.
Ideally we would like the site built this week or early next.
We would provide a development server and also an SVN repository.
If applicants could kindly indicate their interest, availability and indicate either your hourly rate or likely bid price initially.
We estimate that this job will be 2 days work.
We shall provide a full detailed specification to suitable applicants before agreeing a final price.
