Key responsibilities include:
• UX Review & Improvement: Audit the current site and propose clear usability, navigation, and interaction enhancements.
• UI Redesign: Create a visually compelling, modern, and responsive interface.
• Front-End Development: Code improvements in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, ensuring clean, modular, and optimized code.
• Deliverable: Provide a self-contained JavaScript package (with all supporting files) that can be easily uploaded and deployed.
• Performance Optimization: Improve site speed, responsiveness, and loading times.
• Accessibility: Ensure compliance with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Mobile-First: Guarantee the site functions flawlessly across devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong background in UX/UI design and front-end web development.
• Proven experience delivering deployment-ready code packages for hosting providers.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3. Familiarity with frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js) is a plus but not required.
• Skilled with design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.
