Skilled Ruby on Rails developer

We require an experienced RoR developer to help with some ongoing projects. The ideal person would be:

- experienced with Rails 3.2 and Ruby 1.9.3 (required)
- able to work with and author gems (required)
- a fluent English speaker (required)
- reliable and communicative (required)
- knowledgable about TDD (desirable)
- experienced with hosting on Heroku (desirable)

The initial job will be quite well specified, and will be to do with customising an existing gem to suit our needs; but there is plenty of ongoing work (a lot of it larger and more open in scope) for the right person!

Start date is ASAP. The work will be carried out remotely (of course) but a kickoff Skype meeting will be required.
