Skilled/Experienced developer(s) required for web development projects - UK only

I am looking for some skilled developers/programmers who can take on the development for bespoke web projects.

I can\'t seem to find affordable developers who also have a reasonable understanding of design and of SEO basics.

I am currently getting my designs provided by a wonderful graphic designer who supplys me with psd files which i then hand over to the developer to code up and would like to hear from experienced developers who are capable of paying attention to design details and can code up the designs exactly as they are seen on screen.

I would like this to be a long term partnership as i have quite a few projects and existing clients who require constant work. The only reason i do not want to work with someone outside the UK is because i cannot keep checking for spelling mistakes and secondly i need to be able to get hold of between 9-6:30p.m UK hours.

As a developer you should have some understanding of search engines and how the see websites as i do need search engine friendly development as well as it being to current web standards.

my projects range from simple brochure sites to bespoke cms development projects worth a few thousand pounds and some projects can be quite complicated so please do not respond unless you can give me examples of complex projects/functionality you have been involved in.

As this will be a long term thing the last thing i need is a developer who has a bad attitude or disappears mid project. You must be reliable and easy to work with and i would want to see portfolio examples.

If you charge around £300 for coding a 5 page website (designs upplied) then you probably arent the kind of developer who is suitable for my clients.

Please let me have links to work you have done in your bid, let me know of your working ethics/approach and availability and your skill set. Please also let me know how much you would charge for development only for a 10 page website which inlcudes enquiry form, call back request form, dynamic banner which rotates up to 3 images, sharing feature, google analytics set up, no cms.
(designs would be supplied as psd or png)
