Site Completion & Upgrade with additional feature to be added.

The website www.baato.org is the site to be completed and upgraded.

The site is done in Joomla 1.5. with a Joomla themeza template. Would like to upgrade this to new joomla.

The site should be able to:
1. Update the information on all of the clicks and add new clicks and content.
2. Have more movement on the front page and be more interactive. A flash introduction on the homepage.showing various pictures of charter airplanes and other like pictures. Would like nice clean look and nice graphic pictures of charter planes and other like aircrafts.
3. A member form enhanced for members to sign up.
4. A page for each member with their logo and content
5. A payment feature that will interface with a paypal account to receive membership payments online as well as donations from sponsors.
6. A sign up form for new members
7. A map with flight lanes for the Bahamas to be posted on the site.
8. A shopping cart for Baato products (Open cart) to be added later.
9. An archive of meeting minutes for members only access
10. Create email addressed for each member.
11. Update the existing clicks and add new clicks as well.
12. Search engine optimized
13. Have a forum for the members
14. Showcase information about the members
15. A page for promotions
16. List Articles on the front page that are of interest to BAATO like advocacy matters.
17. A calendar showing upcoming events
