Single web holding page put online

I need a completely simple web page put online with hosting. All it needs on it is some flowers. It can be completely white and just one page. The purpose for this is I own a desirable domain name which I wish to sell and it would benifit the sale if it was seen online. Please do not send proposal wanting massive payments for someone who knows what they are doing this would take minutes I am sure.
