Need a website developer who would translate a google AI studio layout of a single page scroller into a wordpress website. Can provide all the coded files. Will need to add more treatment rows and edit the content through the admin. Also need to be able to add the logo where the title is shown as text.

As its only a single page scroller and all code is provided, the budget is set to £200.
