We need to reskin a website coded in Ruby. Please see the attached images for an idea of what we have now and what we are aiming for.
The reskin will mainly involve adding background textures and rebuilding the header area of the site. It is not a major reskin as the main content area of the site will remain the same. Only the surrounding environment needs to change. There are then one or two additions on the home page such as a call to action tagline and improved thumbnails..
