Simple Online Training Management System - ASP .Net

We need a simple web-based training management system developed using asp .net 3.5 to serve the following objectives:
• To provide a website for trainees, trainers and training department staff to share information regarding the training process.
• Trainees will be able to know their training status and the points they earned during a particular period anytime, anywhere.
• Trainees will be able to enroll in all the courses they like without the need for extra paper work. Given that courses schedule is updated regularly, trainees will be able to organize their schedules accordingly.
* Training department will be able to add new courses, monitor registration and update attendance and send newsletters.

Technical Considerations:
• The system should be developed using multiple layers for business logic, presentation and data.
• It should be scalable and flexible
• Theme can be flexibly changed
• Login and authorization procedures should be provided.
• Database structure is provided by us
