Sidebar needs tabs and cats

our sidebar on postpages requires to be tabulated (the sidebar is called Watch Next currently) see here

so its basically going to be al categories in the first tab under something called research

the second category will be called Policy: and have the following categories only: ID of cats: 12551, 13933, 14544

and the final tab: Analysis: CAT ID: 14429
