Shuffle Post on refresh - Quick Solution

Hi There,

Not even sure if anyone can help but here are the details. I imagine it's easy but this isn't really my area.

For a personal project for fun,

*I'm building a one page website where I need the webpage to show a different post on refresh.
*Currently using a plugin which works on desktop but is struggling on mobile.
*It also shows only the featured image where I would like my posts to be video / gif format.
