Shopify customised Premium responsive theme website created

Description of requirements/features: I need to have a Shopify customised Premium responsive theme website created to my specifications and design.

This is the site that needs to be basically duplicated http://skatezone.com.au/demo/ but I will provide all text in word doc and images.

I need to have the Shopify site created and the theme I select will most likely be a Premium and then need my design modification to look more like the current wordpress site at http://skatezone.com.au/demo/. We failed with Wordpress, Vend, Woo Commerce, Stitchlabs plugin and eBay store integration so we have to start over with Shopify store with Vend POS and then use InkFrog plugin to seamlessly integrate with client’s eBay store. We will also be setting up the Shopify Facebook and Pintrest stores.

Vend product database/spread sheet needs to be uploaded with all products working on site, in eBay, on Facebook and Pintrest so it’s a complete job from start to finish online and working.

Obviously we need -
Infinite Scroll to product pages.
Responsive and work in all browsers.
SEO friendly Including metatags and search engine friendly URLs/Titles and name tags.
Social friendly with "Like this" or "Tweet this" to each product page.
Ask customers at checkout if they would like to subscribe to offers and news.
Gift Certificate feature.
Wish List link with every product.
Customer account set up and history tracking plus Wish List.
etc. as per your brief and anything else that you can suggest.

We have 4 of these projects to do and would like to get them done asap if this first one works out. Pls DO NOT contact me off of PPHas I will not respond and also pls do not quote onthis job unless you are very experianced with Shopify and Vend.
