Shopify bug urgent

hi are you online? i have an urgent problem that i need help fixing within the next 3 hours? is it possible? the problem i am having is when customers sign up for an account on my shopify store, they are going in a loop, and keep getting an email requesting them to sign up for an account, they do this, then sent the same email.
please let me know if you can help. Just so you know it is a wholesale website, so restricted access is needed, only customers who I have approved can have an account.
