    1. Do you want to create Sharepoint OOB workflow on which list?
    2. User submit request form - this form is list new form or any custom form?
    3. For Filter calendar list we can create a view by department like HR, IT - confirm?
    4. Notification email send to which user? - Internal(SharePoint user) or External user(outside SharePoint)
