Sharepoint Intranet Tidy Up

Development required: Customization of existing website

Description of requirements/features: The current (first) version of our internal company intranet is very basic and not fit for purpose. It requires tidying up before we upload content to the site. These are the changes we need:

Improve navigation / define overall link structure
Remove theme colour bar at top of page
Add blog format to homepage
Include breadcrumbs throughout (or extend sidebar tree format)
Creation of standard page template (to hold content throughout)
