Hello,
In our internal sharepoint site we have 2 lists:
The first list contains orders/quotes from a supplier, on the fields contains the ordernumber.
The second list (mail enabled) has attachments, the attachment name contains the ordernumber or quotenumber (and also other characters) as entered in the first list.
The idea is that the files in the secondlist are automaticaly added to the right item in the first list. The right item can be found by matching the ordernumber or quote number which is also in the filename with the firstlist and find the corrisponding item.
This solution should also be working under sharepoint 2010 and be provided with a manual for installation.
Hiring ppl outside our own country is new for us, depeding on the outcome we can do more business.
