Setting up Portfolio Pages on Wordpress site

I need to set up my Portfolio pages to show the gallery of the post thats in the Portfolio, at the moment it only shows all the thumbnails of the posts on that page. see http://www.nickhw.info/portfolio/klc/ I would like to know how it is done, so that i can replicate it myself.
