I need someone to set up Siberian CMS (https://www.siberiancms.com/) on my webserver.

My server definitely has all the required PHP-extensions but to make it run some *.ini changes have to be made as the installation currently fails with several zend-related error messages. There may be more errors as the installation fails at the earliest point.
So be warned: this is no click, extract -> happy customer job. You will need some above average skills and know how in server settings and .ini-adjustments. Maybe this is done in a couple of minutes, maybe you will need some time to work through the server settings and documentation. I honestly do not know.
The job is considered done and payment is made if:
- Siberian CMS is running without server related configuration errors on my server and
- if you have told me in easy words what had to be changed and why.

Could you give me a bit more background on your platform:
Is it a dedicated or cloud solution ?
Could you also give me a sample of the zend errors you are receiving please ?
I assume your installing via the usual method of: Add relevant extensions -> download the cms -> unzip on server -> run installation through the browser ?
