Set up a simple 2 page website from a theme Wordpress

Due to lacking time I need someone who can sit of a link with a colleague and set up a simple Wordpress site (already hosted) and build the two pages.
Needs to be done today

Site needs to be multi-lingual in English and Turkish, (we have copy for both), and needs to have a language selector so a visitor can change the language and also detect the browser language.
