Server Administrator Wanted

I used to host with namecheap.com on a shared hosting, moved to 123-reg.com dedicated server so I can have access to the root and set automatic daily backups.

Ever since we moved to the new detected server, our email response rate has significantly dropped and many emails started bouncing back.

The IP they gave us was blacklisted so we have spent the past 3 months trying to white-list it.

Our emails don't bounce as much now, but they land on everyone spam folder!

We have been trying to set up the server and fix this for nearly three months, 123-reg isn't helping much and I am really not that technical.

We tried changing the SPF, we don't know how to add a DKIM, we are not sure if we server setting is set up correctly etc...

Basically, we need someone who really knows what they are doing to just dive in and sort it for us.

If all okay, we would be looking to have you manage our server from time to time?
